led ashtanga – in this traditional form, the instructor leads the class through a set sequence of primary series postures: sun salutations, standing, sitting, backbends and inversions.

jivamukti – vigorously physical, stimulating and spiritually inspired. integrates music, mantra, pranayama, and meditation.

vinyasa flow blend – this class incorporates the best of your favorite styles. start with a brief moving meditation, move into a vinyasa flow practice then end with relaxing restoratives leaving you refreshed.

moving meditation – emphasizes the mind/body connection. it involves gentle, fluid, physical movements.

laughter yoga – laughter yoga combines laughter exercises with pranayamic breathing, which provieds the same physiological and psychological benefits as natural laughter.

disco sculpt – a vigorous cardio workout combined with sculpting techniques to create long, lean lines in the body with fun music.

pilates mat – following the same classical, systematic approach of pilates, this class will focus on strength, stamina, and fluidity.
