vinyasa & lunch flow – All Levels – For students who want a fluid, more challenging class. This class includes challenging poses, rigorous pace, precise instruction, alignment with breath, movement and flow. Invigorating, rejuvenating and relaxing.

power yoga – All Levels – Challenging Vinyasa series incorporating a more dynamic rapid flow that detoxifies, heals and revitalizes your body. This energetic class will transform your body as you burn calories, build strength, increase flexibility, and clear the mind. Blissful intergration of strength and spirit.

candlelight flow – All Levels – Low key yet challenging vinyasa flow class set to music and candlelight.

restorative/relax deeply yoga – All Levels – This practice will consist of gentle movement, supported restorative yoga poses, and yoga nidra (the yoga of sleep – a deeply rejuvenating technique). Ideal for those with injuries, this restorative yoga class will help you completely unwind and rejuvenate.

community classes – All levels – A Basic class designed for students who want a fluid, less challenging class. This class includes precise instruction, alignment with breath, movement and flow. Invigorating, rejuvenating, and relaxing.

emPower hour – Level 2- A fun and sweaty class for students who want to move and create strength. A quick warm up before focusing on strength building postures in a faster paced class set to upbeat music.
